UPCOMING EVENTS:

I'll be teaching a bird photography class at The Wild Bird Fund on Saturday, May 18, from 9am-11am. We'll spend the first half hour discussing camera settings at TWBF and then head into Central Park to find some birds and practice what we learned.

Info and registration is here at The Wild Bird Fund website: http://wildbirdfund.org/events/

WELCOME!

Thanks for stopping by.

I like nothing better than to be out and about with my camera in all seasons.

Whether it's in Central Park photographing birds, foliage and the ever-changing landscape or around New York City and beyond, taking pictures makes me feel present, alive and in the moment.

Feel free to contact me with any questions you have about ordering prints or comments about my work.

I'm also available for absolute beginners lessons. Learn what all those buttons on your camera do and get out of "auto"!

Cheers,
Charles

Hi Charles - Thank you for such a fun and informative session yesterday. I enjoyed learning about your path to being a wildlife photographer and I appreciate your generosity in sharing your hard-earned knowledge of how to find, be with and take beautiful photos of the birds in the City's backyard.

Charles Hi. Just a quick note to say I really enjoyed your bird photography walk, and talk session today for the Wild Bird Fund. Not only was it fun, butI learned a lot, and will definitely practice using exposure comp, and higher ISO. I look forward to any further sessions you are running.
Regards Graham
